Agreement and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nexora Group and the website https://nexora-group-ai.org (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected immediately.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Nexora Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexora Group from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law.
Dispute handling and complaints

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Email [email protected] with “Dispute” in the subject line and include relevant details and supporting records.
Good-faith resolution
We will review and respond within a reasonable period, and we may request additional information to investigate.
Governing law (Canada)
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different approach is required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or security changes. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
